Nice tea, easy order

Got some Organic Green Tea and it was pretty good, tasted fresh. The website was easy to use, no fuss at all. Shipping took about 4 days to get to me, which was fine. Just a chill shopping experience overall.

Smooth custom blend experience

I decided to try the 'Create Your Own Custom Tea Blend' feature. The website guided me through selecting ingredients and strengths really well, it was intuitive. My custom blend arrived in about a week. The packaging was secure, and the Plastic-Free Tea Sachets were a nice touch. The tea itself was flavorful, not too weak or overpowering. I noticed the tracking info updated a bit slowly at first, but it still made it within the expected timeframe. Overall, a good experience for a personalized product.

Decent tea, slight delay

I bought a Tea Sampler Pack and a Reusable Tea Tin. The teas were good quality, especially the Rooibos Tea. Packaging was nice too. My order did take a little longer to ship than estimated, about 6 days, which was a minor inconvenience. Customer service was helpful when I inquired, though. Value for money was fair, considering the organic ingredients.

Hey, I'm thinking about getting a custom blend for a gift. How long does it actually take for them to make it and ship it out? Need it for a birthday in about 2 weeks.

D Dana 2 months ago

From what I remember when I ordered my personalized blend, it took them a few days to actually put it together. Then shipping time on top of that. Might be cutting it close for two weeks, depends where you are.

Yeah, they say a few days for custom stuff. I'd probably order it like, at least 10 days before you need it in hand, just to be safe. They ship from NYC btw, so factor that in.

Anyone know if their 'plastic-free' tea sachets are actually legit plastic-free? Some companies say that but it's still like, PLA or something.

S Shane 2 months ago

I'm pretty sure they are. Their whole vibe is super eco-conscious, it'd be weird if they weren't. I've used them and they seem to break down fine in my compost.

Yeah, they stress the plastic-free thing a lot. I think they're genuinely good about it.
